He has held key positions at global industry leaders such as Rolls-Royce, Continental, and Epson, where he led groundbreaking projects in battery management systems and advanced automotive electrical solutions.

Bala’s career journey is complemented by his 13 years of dedicated service as a police officer in the Singapore Police Force, fulfilling the country’s National Service requirement.
