Blacklist Policy: Any party found to engage in fraudulent activity, or in the attempted evasion of applicable laws and regulations, will be permanently blacklisted. The name of the fraudulent party, along with details of their misconduct, will be entered into a Blackbook database, which will be shared with law enforcement authorities, international regulatory bodies, mining companies, and global trading houses.
