Brokerage
For one-off projects, we levy a percentage of the total sale based on the value of the transaction. For long-term supply contracts, our costs vary depending on the unit of measure:

1. Percentage of Total Sale (One-off Projects): Our fee for brokering one-off projects is calculated as a percentage of the total sale value. This percentage is determined based on the complexity and size of the transaction.

Cost per Unit of Measure (Long-term Contracts): For long-term supply contracts, our costs are calculated per kilogram (kg), metric tonne (MT), cubic metre (m³), bulk containers, or any other applicable unit of measure. The specific cost per unit is determined through negotiations and may vary depending on factors such as volume, frequency, and duration of the contract.
